Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is a high-quality intake valve designed for riders and builders who want long service life, consistent sealing and improved airflow characteristics. It’s CNC-machined from a one-piece EV8 stainless-steel forging for strength at high RPM, and the valve profile is engineered and validated to support efficient flow through the head.
For demanding motocross/enduro use, valvetrain wear and friction can quickly reduce performance. This valve uses a specialized surface-infusion process (to approx. 0.002" depth with a 0.0002" surface build-up) to improve wear properties, reduce friction and increase corrosion resistance—providing protection that’s considered superior to traditional chrome or nickel electrolysis plating.
